How do I book for a Brett Wales Music Festival event?You can book online via this website by selecting a venue location page (Huntingdon or Cheltenham) and then either click the "Check Availability" button or scroll down to find a room of your choice. How do I find out about which Artists are appearing at future events?We publish our artists as soon as they are announced on our website, and via our facebook page www.facebook.com/brettwalesorganfestival You can also subscribe to our mailing list to keep up to date with all our artist announcements.

Can I request a certain table with another booking for dinner?Yes, but we need to arrange this first with the hotel, so please note this in the comments section when completing your booking

How many festivals does Brett host each year?Currently, there are 2 festivals per year. One in Huntingdon, and one in Cheltenham.

Is guest entertains open to any guest to play?Yes, of course! Guests are welcome and are encouraged to take part in the Guest Entertains spot on Sunday Mornings. You will need to bring your instrument with you though!

Are deposits on bookings refundable?No, deposits are non refundable. Should you have to cancel your room after paying your deposit, you will not be entitled to a refund.
